Phillip B. Williams is a Chicago, Illinois native and a Cave Canem fellow. His work is published or forthcoming in Callaloo, Sou’wester, Painted Bride Quarterly, Gertrude and others. He is currently the Poetry editor of the online literary journal Vinyl Poetry and an HIV tester and Prevention Counselor for Chicago House and Social Services through AIDS United’s AmeriCorps program.
